3on3 by the Sea – Mind over Matter Health Expo

headspace Batemans Bay teamed up with Karralika Programs Inc. for some basketball drills while wearing fatal vision goggles. These goggles gave us a first-hand look at how alcohol and drugs can impair vision.

We also chatted about the importance of self-care, and did some headspace trivia for prizes!
