Tuning in to Teens Parenting Workshop - Term 1 2021

Tuning in to Teens Parenting Workshop

headspace Bunbury, Anglicare WA and Investing In Our Youth have joined together to bring you a free Tuning in to Teens Parenting workshop for parents of children aged 10-16 years.

During this workshop you will learn how to:

Communicate with your teen more effectively

Help your teen develop coping skills and resilience

To emotion coach your teen through those difficult emotions

Understand why your teen behaves as they do

Help your teen develop emotional intelligence

This workshop will be run every Wednesday from the 17th of Feb 2021 until 24th of March 2021 from 9.30am - 12pm. Attendance to all session is required.

Held at Yallo Community Centre, 135 Norton Promenade Dalyellup.
